Once again Amitabh Bachchan enters the set of KBC with yet another opening greeting to die for. Before initiating the game he makes a funny remark about what mobile phones have done to human beings. The Expert for this episode is once again Shree Vatsa Krishna, an M.B.A. from Harward University. The first contestant to reach the Hot Seat is Kamal Kishore Gehlot from Jodhpur. He entertains with his sensible poetry during his game. Playing magnificently he reaches Rs.25,00,000 and he quits. Next to get through the fastest finger first and reach the Hot Seat is Monica Mudgal from New Delhi. She sets her minimum guaranteed amount at Rs.1,60,000. Amitabh Bachchan asks Monica to show some of her musical knowledge, so she sings a song 'Aati Rahengi Baharen' from Amitabh Bachchan's movie 'Kasme Vaade'. She reaches the amount of Rs.6,40,000 at the cost of all her lifelines. She quits without taking any further risk, but before leaving, she requests Amitabh Bachchan to say his famous dialogue from the movie Kabhi Kabhi. And in his special sign-off, 'Chand KBC Ke Chhand', he poetically explains the confidence of a candidate while answering an unknown question at a rapid fire and the show ends with a light mood.

Kaun Banega Crorepati, popularly known as KBC is an Indian reality/game show based on the UK game show ""Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?"" The show first aired in 2000 and was hosted by Amitabh Bachchan. This was the first appearance of Bachchan on Indian television. The show is hugely popular in India. The 5th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati will once again be hosted by Mr Amitabh Bachchan.
