Amitabh Bachchan starts the show with a funny comparison between Movies & Cricket. Just like dance in movies cheer leaders were introduced in cricket too. Then he says that his computer asked him for introducing cheer leaders to the show, which he denied fearing that the computer might approve a wrong answer to see the cheer-girls dance. Once again producer and TV presenter, Siddharth Kak sits as the expert for today's episode. The first contestant to sit on Hot Seat is Mamta Kumari from Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. She sets her minimum guaranteed amount at Rs.80,000. Rapidly answering 9 questions she reaches Rs.12,50,000 and quits. The next contestant to reach the Hot Seat is Santosh V. Bangera from Mangalore, Karnataka. He sets his minimum guaranteed amount at Rs.1,60,000. Without using any lifeline, he reaches this amount. He manages to reach Rs.6,40,000 with his knowledge and the show comes to an end. While signing off, Amitabh Bachchan shares a funny poem about an actress and a producer for his Chand KBC Ke Chhand sent by Deepa Chakraborty from Gwalior.

Kaun Banega Crorepati, popularly known as KBC is an Indian reality/game show based on the UK game show ""Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?"" The show first aired in 2000 and was hosted by Amitabh Bachchan. This was the first appearance of Bachchan on Indian television. The show is hugely popular in India.
