Another anticipated episode of 'Panchkoti Maha-Money' Kaun Banega Crorepati starts with Amitabh Bachchan explaining the importance of one's own house. Once again he politely welcomes 10 new contestants of the week. The Expert in this episode is Sonia Singh, Senior Managing Editor, NDTV. The first one to reach Hot Seat is a student of 12th class, Aman from New Delhi. He sets his minimum guaranteed amount to Rs.1,60,000. This young boy uses all his lifelines to reach Rs.12,50,000 and quits happily without taking any risk. The next contestant to sit on the Hot Seat is 47 year old Project Manager, Mitali Banerjee. She sets her minimum guaranteed amount at Rs.80,000 which she reaches quickly without even taking help of any lifeline. Confidently playing, she reaches the 8th question and wins Rs.6,40,000 after using two lifelines. Before, she could play further the time ticks out and she stays as the rollover contestant. At the end of the episode, Amitabh Bachchan presents a poem for 'Chand KBC Ke Chhand' written by Deepti Neth from Alibagh, Maharashtra which expresses a fight between Mobile phones and landline telephones.

Kaun Banega Crorepati, popularly known as KBC is an Indian reality/game show based on the UK game show ""Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?"" The show first aired in 2000 and was hosted by Amitabh Bachchan. This was the first appearance of Bachchan on Indian television. The show is hugely popular in India. The 5th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati will once again be hosted by Mr Amitabh Bachchan.
