Karna starts learning the art of archery from Parashurama

Mahabharat - [Full Episode] - 18th November 2013 : Ep 46

Karna's Guru tells him to request Dronacharya to teach him the art of archery. Karna tells Dronacharya that he wants to learn the art of archery from him. On learning that Karna is a charioteer's child, Dronacharya refuses to teach him the art of archery. Karna becomes furious at Dronacharya for the same and challenges him that he will become the greatest archer. Karna lies to Parashurama that he is a Brahmin, to learn the art of archery. He starts learning the art of archery from Parashurama.

Arjun rescues Dronacharya from a crocodile

Dronacharya becomes sad and breaks the idol created by Eklavya. Duryodhan becomes furious at Arjun and blames Dronacharya for his injustice towards Eklavya. Arjun becomes enraged at Duryodhan for the same. Dronacharya asks Arjun to prove his ability as a great archer. On learning that Duryodhan blamed him for the injustice to Eklavya, Dronacharya tells Ashwathama to inform Duryodhan that he will never be unfair to any of his students. Arjun rescues Dronacharya from a crocodile.

Duryodhan pretends to be furious at Dushyasan in front of Ashwathama. He promises Ashwathama that he will make him the Rajguru of Hastinapur. Dhritarashtra confronts Duryodhan for his misdeeds. However, Duryodhan defends his misdeeds. Dhritarashtra asks Duryodhan to study with Pandavaas at Drona's gurukul. Yudhishthir and Duryodhan seek Dhritarashtra and Bhishma's blessings before leaving for the gurukul. Kunti and Gandhari bid farewell to their children. Kunti asks Bheem and Arjun to protect their brothers. Arjun assures Kunti that he will take care of his brothers. The elders bless the princes. The princes reach Drona's gurukul.

Bhishma sends Shakuni to Gandhar

Mahabharat - [Full Episode] - 8th November 2013 : Ep 40

Bheem vows to kill Duryodhan and his brothers. Kunti decides to relocate to Kuntibhoj. Bhishma stops Kunti and her sons. He instructs Dhritarashtra to bring Duryodhan to justice. Dhritarashtra apologises to Bhishma and agrees to appoint anyone as his successor. Bhishma informs Dhritarashtra that Drona will teach his sons for 12 years and instructs him not to contact them in the meantime. Dhritarashtra sends a message to Drona regarding the same. Bhishma sends Shakuni to Gandhar.
