Summary:
Ram with his brothers & wives goes to the praja where shiva puja is being done to take their blessings. They greet them & welcome them with lots of love as they all are surprised & treat Ram as God. They even eat the prasad offered to them by the Ayodhya people. Manthra again tries to mislead Kekai but is unsuccesful. King Dasrath along with sumanth goes to the praja in disguise at night to know what are the views of people about king and his sons. There he comes to know that praja loves ram and wishes him to be the next king. Sita & her sisters wirte a letter to their parents to tell them how happy they are in their married life. While having dinner, Dasrath discloses his wish to give his sons the responsibility of handling the kingdom now. He distributes various different responsibilities to all four of them. Ram says that he has no wishes to rule Ayodhya, he wants to be under his father & follow his footsteps. He doesn't want Dasrath to leave his rule. Dasrath explains him by giving the example of nature, that whatever comes has to go someday. Whatever starts, has to end one day. Its the rule of the nature.
